Ethics and Conduct
Members of the CGA Association in Nova Scotia are guided in their actions by the Code of Ethical Practice and Rules of Conduct (CEPROC).
When a complaint is made against a Member on the basis of the Code, a disciplinary process is begun to ensure that all the information is available to the Disciplinary Committee of the Association. Once a report is made to that Committee they will make a decision on next steps and could decide that no further action is warranted based on the case, or some level of discipline must be applied from counselling to suspension or expulsion.
